Shipping Policy

1. Orders placed post 6:00 pm will be processed next working day.
2. Orders placed post 6:00 pm on a Saturday will be processed for on Monday evening.
3. Shipping address, pin code & contact information should be correct and any delay in delivery due to any incorrect information would be the sole responsibility of the customer.

* Within the City - 3 Working days.
* Within Zone - 4 Working days.
* Within Metro cities - 5 to 7 Working days.
* Non-metro – 7 to 8 Working days.

* Special Destinations – 8 to 9 Working days.

Within Zone: Karnataka
Metro: MUMBAI, BANGALORE, CHENNAI, DELHI, KOLKATA
Non-metro: Rest of India except Special Destinations and metro cities

Special Destinations: North East, Andaman and Nicobar, J & K.

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out. If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days.
