Returns and Refunds Policy:

Parth Food Products will take the return of the product in case of only expired product or above shelf life. In this case, we will refund the entire amount deducting the fixed shipment charges into same payment method you made payment from.
Any kind of return regarding product quality and packaging will be sole discretion of Parth Food Products and will be considered only after proper checking and required proofs submitted by the customer. Any order of ₹ 300 and above will be accepted only. It is inclusive of all taxes and packaging.

2. Orders placed post 6:00 pm on a Saturday will be processed for on Monday evening.
3. Shipping address, pin code & contact information should be correct and any delay in delivery due to any incorrect information would be the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. Order once placed cannot be cancelled post purchase. In case of any damage or returned goods we will refund any payments already made by you for the order after deducting fixed shipment charges. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Parth Food Products does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Parth Food Products.
